It was a year ago today that I first launched the Corbanian 1st into the blogosphere with this post. A year on, I've got to say it's one of the best things I've ever done in the hobby. Like most, I came into blogging as a refugee from the various forums out there, wanting to make a place of my own for my hobby on the interweb. I could never have believed pressing 'post' that first time would lead to so much fun and so many friends.
I'd like to say a few thank you's on this special day. First and foremost, FTW Ron, who without his work on build the FTW community, no one would have ever found this blog, thanks matey! Secondly, Admiral Drax, who encouraged me greatly in the earlier days by posting regular comments, even if his first was just one word! Thanks for the encouragement mate.
Finally, my followers, all 175 (OMFG!!!), that's you lot! I find it hard to believe that that many people would be interested in my army or thoughts on the hobby, but it's the real driver for me with this blog. Without you guys and your regular comments, I honestly don't think I'd have made it this far. So, thank you guys, I really do appreciate it!
So peeps, this years been interesting, and I can't wait to see what the next brings, both here on Corbania Prime and on your blogs. Keep posting guys, and I'll do the same ;-)
